Payment Instruction

At Visit Mongolia, we offer a variety of secure and convenient payment options to ensure a smooth booking process. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay cards, and direct wire transfers to our account.

Wire Transfer Payments:
If you choose to pay by wire transfer, please contact your tour advisor for assistance. We will promptly provide you with a detailed invoice, which includes:

  • Our bank account information
  • Specific tour details
  • The agreed payment amount
Wire transfers typically take several business days to process. Once the payment has been received in our account, your tour advisor will send you a confirmation letter verifying your payment and confirming your tour booking.

Credit/Debit Card Payments:
For those preferring to pay by card, follow these simple steps:

  1. Enter your card details as instructed on the payment page
  2. Carefully review the payment amount before submitting
  3. Rest assured that your card information is processed securely using SSL encryption, fully adhering to international security standards
  4. Once ready, click the "Make Payment" button to proceed. After successful processing of your card payment, we will send you a confirmation letter via email, verifying your payment and confirming your tour reservation
